Fitness Tip of the Month...
When training it is so important to BREATHE! Most people immediately upon beginning strength training HOLD THEIR BREATH! BIG MISTAKE! Your muscles need oxygen to do the work! Make sure to inhale through your nose upon beginning your exercise and exhale through your mouth whilst actually performing the work portion of the exercise. Holding your breath is actually quite dangerous in fact, it can cause you to feel dizzy or faint.
